1.
Cables
The Piaggio Ape 50 is equipped with multiple mechanical cables. We replace gear, clutch, brake, mileage, choke, oil pump, and throttle cables for 15 euro each (excludes cable prices). We recommend to control and replace these cables regularly.

2.
Clutch
The old clutch-plates are being replaced by new strengthened premium clutch-plates. This maintenance includes greasing the clutch siphon, refreshing the gasket and gear box oil. After this overhaul your clutch is ready to do its job for several years/is ready to be used for several years. The repair takes approximately 60 minutes.

3.
Carburettor
The carburettor is thoroughly cleaned. Gaskets, filters and float valve are renewed. In addition the fuel supply is checked and provided with a gasoline filter.

Thru axle covers
With this repair both thru axle covers and oil seals are replaced. During the repair the oil in differential will be renewed. The price for a thru axle cover is 90 euro ex btw.

Cylinder + piston
Originele Piaggio 49cc Cilinder- en zuigerset inclusief montage voor slecht 150,- euro exclusief btw.
Meer power? Met een ombouw naar 85cc (inclusief andere uitlaat, pinasco tandwiel, versterkte koppeling, sproeier) behaalt u een snelheid van circa 50 km/h. De prijs voor deze ombouw is 350,- euro exclusief btw.

More power? A conversion to 85cc (including matching exhaust, pinasco sprocket, reinforced clutch and sprinkler) enables to reach a speed of 50 km/h approximately. The price for this conversion is 350 Euro (ex VAT).

Brakes
The repair includes replacing and assemblying the main brake cylinder, refreshing brake fluid and venting the brake lines. It is also possible to replace the scotch blocks or carry out several repairs of the brake system.

Starter
Starter defect? Molto bene has a partnership with Startershop and supplies new premium/high quality Piaggio Ape starters. We also offer used orginal Piaggio starters.
